Membership

Content Club is a recurring monthly membership designed to provide members with regular professional content creation throughout the year.

Membership payments are collected automatically each month via subscription.

Your membership remains active until cancelled in accordance with these terms.

Booking Your Content Session

Members are welcome to book their first Content Club session as soon as their membership begins, subject to availability.

Subsequent sessions are available approximately every 3–4 months whilst your membership remains active.

Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to Helix Design Studio's availability.

What's Included

Each Content Club session includes:

• A professionally directed content shoot

• A curated gallery of professionally edited images (typically 200+)

• 10+ professionally edited short-form video clips

• Commercial usage rights for your business and marketing

The exact number of final images and video clips may vary depending on the nature and duration of the session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Content Shoots

If you need to reschedule your content session, please provide at least 21 days' notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 21 days' notice may only be rescheduled at the discretion of Helix Design Studio.

Sessions cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled shoot, or failure to attend without prior notice, will be considered redeemed and cannot be rebooked unless the appointment can be filled.

If Helix Design Studio needs to reschedule due to illness, adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered as soon as possible.

Membership Payments

Monthly membership payments secure your place within Content Club and guarantee ongoing access to seasonal content sessions.

Membership payments are non-refundable, including where a member chooses not to book or make use of an available session.

Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash or credited against future services.

Unused Sessions

Content Club is designed to keep your content fresh throughout the year.

Members may carry forward one unused session for a maximum of three months from their eligibility date.

Any unused session not booked within this period will expire.

Membership Cancellation

Membership may be cancelled at any time by providing 60 days' written notice.

Any payments made before cancellation are non-refundable.

Any content sessions already booked before the cancellation date will remain valid unless otherwise agreed.

Grid Edit Member Rate

The discounted Content Club membership is exclusively available to active Grid Edit members.

Should your Grid Edit subscription end, your Content Club membership will automatically continue at the standard monthly membership rate unless cancelled.

Image Storage

Final edited content will be delivered via an online gallery.

Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their files upon delivery.

Helix Design Studio cannot guarantee long-term storage of completed galleries beyond six months after delivery.
